Digital Planet started by supporting PC's for businesses in the SMB segment. Today we still support and service most of those same clients from when we opened our doors in 1999. Technology has changed many times but the commitment and support we provide has not. We have changed to make service faster and more robust for our end user clients. We provide cloud based support remotely and employ a world class ticking system right from our support portal so you can see results quickly. Our core technicians are Michigan based but as an added level of service we have support techs for our out of state clients in the Central and Pacific time zones to be available nearly around the clock.

Digital Planet has been designing, building and supporting customer networks since day one. We are experts in VLAN, BGP, OSPF, EIRGP and a whole host of other acronyms. We maintain our Cisco Certified Internetwork Engineering certifications along with Apple, HP, Dell & Meraki credentials so that you have a one stop shop for all of your Information Technology Needs.
